We are at 1590 Parkway in Whiteley, near Fareham. We bought the building in May 2026 and spent the summer rebuilding the inside of it, because after twenty years in rented offices we wanted somewhere built around how we actually work rather than a layout we inherited.

The building runs to around 5,000 sq ft over two floors. Upstairs is where the work happens: open plan, with a collaboration area for when a problem needs three people and a whiteboard, and four soundproofed meeting rooms for when it needs a door instead.

Downstairs is built for hosting rather than waiting. There is a client area with proper seating and booths, and a kitchen where the coffee is good and free. If you are a client, that space is genuinely yours to use. Come in for your next review instead of doing it on a call. Bring your own team and take a room for a morning. Sit with the specialists who actually work on your account and pull the plan apart in person, because that is always faster in a room than it is on video.

There are also 62 solar panels on the roof, and they are there for the same reason we bought the building in the first place. No landlord was ever going to put a solar array on a roof we were only renting. So we did it ourselves, and now a serious share of the electricity this building uses comes off its own roof.

We are a couple of minutes from the M27 and about fifteen from both Southampton and Portsmouth. There are 28 parking spaces, so nobody spends their morning circling the business park.
